Ways to raise KH

My KH is very low at 4 to 5 dkh. Have already check my PH and Mag level and all seem normal. Can i know what is the best way to raise KH and still economical.

You can do a water change to get your KH up or get those commercial addictive from Madpetz which is very economical in prices.

any guru out there can teach how should i dose the Sodium Bicarbonate that mad petz is selling?

planning to do manual dosing as doing pump too exp.

There should be instruction that tell you how much sodium bicarbonate to add per litre of tank water

Following them but do not overdose and make sure no drastic changes of more then 1/2 dkh per day.

May be one or two week of continouous dosing to achieve your target spec

Anyone can confirm the sodium bicarbonate powder is the same as the one sold in Phoon Huat (bakery supplies shops in our neigbourhood)? Recalled a discussion previously that it is the same product but much cheaper in Phoon Huat. I once saw a bottle in Phoon Huat labelled it Sodium Bicarbonate or something.
