Nice write up & videos ..Thks for sharing. To be frank, I don't like the idea of placing the condenser unit in the cabinet. Firstly, it needs much greater space for cooling the coils. Secondly, the condenser is getting saltish air which is very bad for all metallic parts of the condenser unit. Thirdly, higher than normal power consumption due to inadequate cooling space.The lists goes on ...

placing the condenser in the cabinet is not the most ideal.. however, its the only option for me. my home renovations done about 2 years ago did not accomodate aircon piping for the tank. and adding another condenser on our roof is a big add on job.

the cooling coils are in the last compartment..and space is the same with or without the presence of condenser. without the condenser would've been extra storage for me.

but shorter cooling coils will mean condenser to cooling coils work faster to cool, thus saves time which means save electricity.

the Achilles tang changes coiour everytime it gets cleaned by the doc fish. its amazing!

added an additional radion about a month ago. 2 radions for 5feet isnt enough when i realized the sps wasnt colouring up like it should and growth is limited.

after the additional set of radion, the growth rate seems to pick up significantly.

walt smith shipment from iwarna...

shipment was delayed on friday and many were so disappointed. when shipment finally arrived on sunday, many sps didnt make it.

those that were on the line were separated and it was up to buyers to buy at own risk.

this one didnt make it.. it started RTN 20% within 4 hours. A&E call to Dr Ang and was advised to remove it before it start to pollute the whole tank. i had to frag whatever looked good inorder not to total loss.

a really beautiful piece.. lumi yellow polyps and a free red christmas tree...

keeping my fingers crossed.

my clownfishes finally started exploring the bottom half of tank... they've been self confined to the surface of water for 3 months and i started getting worried.

but now, they are spending more and more time in the middle to bottom of tank. although they still host on the surface, its some improvement so far... whew!
