Pump comparsion

Hi all, I looking to get a return pump at ard 3000 l/h for my 150 liter tank. Which one is more reliable in term of noise level, head lost and good performance. The pump will operate dry side.Is there any better choice other than these 4 model?

aquabee 3000 VS Rio 14F VS ehiem compact 3000+ VS Syncra 3.0 VS New Jet NT3000

i had considered it also, but the power consumption is very high. ard 80w.

I am also looking for a pump and Rio really caught my attention due to it's low price, low power consumption and high output. But after doing some googling around I discovered a lot of problems like overheating, melting, impeller stuck. But those were like 2002, 2003 threads. Can some recent users feedback on Rio pumps especially those using it for more than a year?

For the other pumps you mentioned I think the price is almost the same for the same performance so I suggest stick with Eheim. I am Eheim user on 2ft for 1 year now without problems. But I am still searching for a new pump for my planned 4ft.

hey bro, actually i am really eyeing the 14F.. really that bad?? i think RIO can not be run outside the sump. how cheap you want to sell it?
