Hi,

Does anyone know how much does it cost to run a chiller for a 500 litres tank per month?

Thank you!

There's a electricity consumption cal here. For 500 litres, will be 4ft tank probably.

Yr room temp where yr tank is, the surrounding temp of yr chiller, heat generated by equipments such as pumps, MH light heat up water, will affect yr power bills greatly.

Yr bills might increase by abt $50 per mth.

In sg, elec bills is scary. So i feel it pays to spend more to get energy efficient parts.

Tank size:36"x36"x24"

Chiller:1hp Daikin compressor.

Lighting:2 x Kessil A360we

Auto topup system: JBJ ATO + new jet 1200

Additives: ESV 2 part.

Old thread but keen to know if 350 is just electric bills or total?
