I don't know. I just do it the normal, usual way.

Hey guys.. mine's moving too. It wasn't when I uploaded it.. or probably its my PC.. <_<

Why do we use "My 2 cents worth" when 1 cents are not legal tender in Singapore anymore? Shouldn't it be 5 cents worth?

Strange... ever since I upgraded to WinXP, I have this problem.

Anyone knows how to solve it?

so thats why.. my home PC is on XP too.. all the gif avatar can't move. But can view with office PCs.

Why do we use "My 2 cents worth" when 1 cents are not legal tender in Singapore anymore? Shouldn't it be 5 cents worth?

Try this:

- Start Internet Explorer (if it is not already started).

- On the Tools menu, click Internet Options.

- Click the Advanced tab.

- In the Settings box, under Multimedia, click to select the Play animations in web pages check box, and then click OK.

Guess what guys... it could be your firewall.

I deactivated my firewall.. and now all gifs are animating. :)

man.. then whats the point of the firewall... <_< .. but funny thing is that its working thru my company's firewall.
