Where to get spare parts for BM dosing pump?

Not sure if this is the right place to post this. But can someone enlighten me where can I get the parts to replace my BM dosing pump rubber tube? Seems after wear n tear it needs replacement.

Can't seem to find them in lfs.

Yah where else can I purchase just the tube ?

Really no other means to replace the rubber tubing but to purchase the entire dosing head at @$25 per piece ?!?
