Pico Tank - Dymax IQ5

The IQ5 has been decomm, sand and live rock moved to a 2ft tank....just so I can keep a single clownfish. Azure damselfish will give away once it reaches 2 inches. Can still pm me about my IQ5 setup and I try to answer with what little I know of this new hobby of mine.

Why are you still keeping the Dymax clip-on LEDs? It is casting a shadow over your scape and spoiling the aesthetics of your tank.

No coral yet so am just using only the Dymax for lighting. Will remove when I add coral.

I will decom the 2ft this week. My 3ft with cabinet is coming today or tomorrow and will update in my 2ft shallow tank. It's also a shallow but 3X the water volume which I will be adding a protein skimmer. Probably a Tunze 9002 or Skimz HS2.

Yeah...the IQ5 got me started, decom when I even haven't finish cycling. The 2ft is $95 from FishyBusiness.

The new tank will be similar, just scale up a little bit with 3X volume.
