Sohal sick??

Hi guys, i need some advice on my sohal tang which had been newly acquired about 1 and a half weeks past. He has been eating extremely well and has been kept for a couple of years

according to the previous owner. About 3 days ago, my sohal suddenly developed a brown patch on his right cheek, but i cant see anything wrong with it. It still feeds aggressively on pellets, mysis and seaweed.

Has anyone experienced this before and will it go away or is it a infection of sorts?

Most likely normal trauma doesn't looks like HLLE to me.. Probably do a search on HLLE to match the signature. Cheers..
