abt 6 inches from surface... i just attached to my MH rack and use them side by side...

wire hanging + their ecotech marine kit that comes with it...

thx.. but i have recently restarted my tank... so wont be doing more updates till 6 mths later...

No..I'm using my own diyed aluminmum rack to hang the Radion. You can see my diyed rack

The power cable for the Radion is 10' in length so you have to judge yourself whether enough or not !

Measured 3m at madpetz. Ken told me no cny sale for it, bey tahan n bought one. Actually that type of power connector is like those used on those US made machinery. Can self made the extension, if not wrong only live, neutral n gnd. But guess 10ft more than enough. yr DIY stand is nice. Am wondering if can make a L shape stand with an attached clamp at one end. Else will be buying the ceiling kit later. is yr stand just resting on the groove of the hood/tank edges or u got a screw to secure it?

3m = 9.8424ft ~10ft.

ok, my rack is resting on the groove of the hood w/o screw. Due to the length and width design, there is no allowance for the rack to move out of the groove unless somebody lift it up or the groove itself give way...lol.

I got mine recently at $1065.

James, r u planning to hang the radion? For yr case, it's quite close to the water rite? I see that u have 3 units of lighting. Maybe if u move up the lighting, u will only use 2 lighting units Instead of 3. Saves power & $.

Hang? CEO not allow...lol. My radion is 8.5" above water line and I'm happy with the performance, if hang too high(10" & above) the coverage will be wider but drop in par which I dislike. Why I add my 2 diyed led is to balance the light spectrum with radion and having a better & smoother brightness/contrast at the left, centre & right side of the tank lor.

sorry for late reply bro. I tried natural mode, if never set the water depth which set the bluish, light is like 10k white. Even i tried setting water depth to deepest, still look white as compared to artificiak mode.

am now bck artificial mode.

Maybe other radion users can comment
