Hi,

I wanted some expert advise if I could use bio pellets in a denitrator instead of bio balls as some aquarium shop suggested me to replace the denitrator ball with bio pellets so the denitrification is more effective.

Any advise would be greatly appreciated.

perhaps you can read up more regarding bio pellets and how to use them.. dont always listen to LFS do your own research

If I am not wrong the denitrator has slow flow rate... for Bio Pellets to work properly... you need a FR with and good flow rate... :heh:
