Basically, what it is what you have seen on YouTube.

Depending on the size, You can also 'chop' it and stick them to bigger rocks or structure.

I personally like to leave a bit of rocks behind the zoa so the glue have more to grip on.

Softies will produce a lot more slime than SPS. So glue might not work the first few time you try.

Practice on cheaper zoa first!

Caution to take note.

Zoas spit toxic juices, if spit into your eyes u may be blind.

Some things i notice if it helps:

1. Make them close for awhile before u take out from water.

2. Or you can remove it from water for a few mins.

3. Sudden shock to the zoas, they will spit toxic.

4. Always put up a protective goggles.

5. Anytime when u frag the zoas, do not face your face near or direct.

Hope this helps..

Reefing is sharing. People with rotten mouth is sure a loser for life as expected. When a tomato gets rotten, you can nvr save it.. Throw it away before it infect the good ones.

After you frag the zoas into a small rock or frag plug, add in a few drop of iodine will help the coral to heal faster

That's quite a good point which i have never thought of it. Another point which i realise is not to glue the freshly cut zoas frag onto a frag plug. Try to put all the cut frags onto a basket and leave it in the main tank for at least 2-3 days to settle down before glue them onto frag plug, this will help to increase the survival rate :)

Treat others the way you wanna be treated...

I have a big rock of paly zoas too big for my tank. Can I use a hammer and chisel to break into two pieces? Will this way kills the zoas?

Yes you can Break the rock into pieces..But of course the location Where you are gonna chisel makesure no zoos are there..if it is a pack colony no harm done if you hit a few polypes. They are preety hardy..Pls take precaution on wearing goggle's When chiseling zoas colony's..You might hit a zoas and might squirt Palytoxin right in your way...So Be Carefull!

cheers!
