Martin 1st time nano tank 310 x 310 x 360mm

Hi Guys ....

I Martin, quite new to this Reef Club.

I was intro my one of my fren.

I just bought new nano tank size 310 x 310 x360mm

Tonight will start to setup the tank

Using sea water which get from shop.

To cycle my tank.

Hoping to keep some corals & clown fishes....

Hoping you guys can guide me along during my setup.

Welcome to the forum ! Unlike freshwater fish keeping, this hobby is fill with various colorful fishes and corals but it also require more reading and research .

Welcome to the club. When I started out was intro a 1ft tank with 1 pair of clown and a live rock. Within 2 weeks change to a 2 ft and now a 5ft!!! Haizz a never ending of the dark side!!!!!

A warm welcome to you Martin, you sounds like a humble guy. Am sure the bros and sis here will be very willing to give you helpful advise.

Many bros here have grown from a newbie like yourself to an experience reefer. Bro Klyve is very friendly and experience, a good example to follow :thumbsup:

Thank Everyone for warm Welcome .....

I using nano tank size:310x 310 x 360mm

Should be plug n play kind of tank setup

Come with every thing well setup

mean Led Light n filler inside nano Tank

Live stocks inside the Tank below

1)5 clown fish

2)1 shrimp " come with white line on the middle body beside is red color

3)3 small corals

4)3 Live Rock. " forgotten to bring back, left at shop "

bro.. seems like you didnt cycle your tank? shouldnt have added lifestock before you cycle your tank.. there is a chance that you will lose all of them..

your water also seems quite dirty/murky.. might be because you've just put in the sand and water.. if the murkiness doesnt clear use active carbon.. it will make the water clearer

bro.. thats wayyyy too many fishes for your tank.. 11 fishes and 2 shrimps? :blink: i hope you have done your reading on the links ive provided...

well for test kits.. get the basic ones.. i highly recommend Nitrate especially for your level of stocking...
