The website claimed that their PO4X4 Phosphate Remover have a very high surface area and can absorb approximately 4 times more phosphate then most other phosphate removing products.

It sound for promising and arose my interest to try it  !

Have anybody used this PO4X4 remover used before :whistle ?

Please comment...

used but i still find the FR method is still more effective than PO4 solution type of product. I have since stopped using it....now run FR to remove PO4

Hi bro,

PO4X4 Phosphate Remover is a mini pellets not liquid type so It's more effective to run it inside the FR just like running rowaphos which currently I'm running inside my sump.

Btw, mind telling me how you running PO4X4 previously and what PO4 remover media are you currently running inside your FR?

How many ml you using for your 3ft? I only put in 250ml last Sunday and intend to add another 250ml this Sunday. Am contemplating if I should use u to 1000ml.....

It's cos my 3ft a bit overstock and I lazy to change every 3~4 months.

I believe anything new added shld go slow.. based on the internet review, they comment, only replace after u see algae growth..

so then u can use the old pellets for regeneration...

the regeneration involves quite abit of washing, but who knows we can always use the water at our workplace...

not sure can regenerate how many times though... :poster_oops:

PO4X4 users, does the media takes some time before it kicks in?

I just started cycling my tank with PO4X4 two days ago and PO4 is now 0.25. I didn't check in the beginning so I cant comment if PO4X4 was working or have not kick in....
