tempurature sensor probe for my cl650

HI all, I want to mod the chiller sensor to my main tank. What type of temperature probe should i use? If i just get the external temperature controller, do i need to disable the sensor in the chiller?

You mean temp probe or temp controller? Cos the controller will on/off ur chiller while the probe is the physical object that sense the temp.

I DIY my external temp controller and got my temp controller from this air con shop along bendimeer while the rest of the accessories from sim lim tower.

No need to disable the sensor in the chiller. Just have to set the chiller to a much lower temp.

i managed to get a temp probe and put the probe in the tank but the actual temp in the tank is very different from the chiller so i want to get a external temp controller.

I'm not sure if the place have it but it's some air con place. Got the address from this forum too. It's near Singapore casket. Maybe can search for external temp controller to get the add.

I think sim lim tower have also. But it's all DIY. Unless you wanna pay. I think chill down have plug and play one.

Is different due to the temperature coeff is diff.

Is better you make use of the external temperature controller.

Is all available at sim lim tower basement.
