Any success stories on acclimatizing FW glass shrimps to SW shrimps???

I am exploring to set up a SW environment to breed SW glass shrimps to feed my predator tank.

Currently, I am buying FW glass shrimps from market.

But I am keen to start a SW tank to breed SW glass shrimps.

First, I need to slowly acclimatize the FW ones to SW.

Any success stories from reefers?

Hmm if ur talking abt glass as in ghost shrimp, survival of their larvae require brackish water instead of full saltwater.... Not much info on salinity level of brackish water on internet though...:/ if ur talking abt other types, sorry for the miscomm. Haha!

You can try a slower approach to acclimatizing them and they can't survive long term in saltwater so it is not really feasible. You can try though anyway the cost of the shrimp are not that expensive anyway.

Shrimp are cheap.

Instead just put in a FW tank and as and when need to feed, just throw into main tank...it will suvive till the predator eat them up.

dont think they will breed even can acc to sw environment
