How to control dust in tank water

water seems like quite dusty lately

small particle floating around, on water surface and on the glass wall.

tank looks a bit blurry, less clear/clean

How to reduce or control?

Switch off the pumps then use a foam scraper to brush off the algae. Next wait for about ten minutes then return to siphon off the debris.

This is part of reef husbandry and the organisms u keep will thank u for it.

How to reduce or control?

Those are detritus accumulating in your tank. Filter floss or filter bags are useful to filter out free-flowing detritus.
