Hmmm not sure abt the astreas but u can try with margaritas as they have rounded shells... can get at Ml...

think the term should be diatom? patches of brown on the wall.

If its diatom... Then snails are good. I have 3 of them to tackle my diatom before.works wonders. U can have one of them if u want. Just pm me cheers!

bumble bee snail.. ^^ or 1 spot/dot tail blenny.. small in size.

what about turbo snail

blue or red legged hermit and astrea snail. together with semchem phosguard and rowaphos + at least weekly husbandry = diatom free

seems like red legged hermit is better according to review, at least more peaceful...

I have the blue legged hermit... good cleaner but a bit rough on my nassauius ... i always use my extra long chopstick to 华山论贱 with that bar-girl!
