May i know how many Orchard Dottyback can you keep in a single tank, say for a 4 ft tank ?

Bro,

Fridmanis are one of the least aggressive dottybacks that are able to be kept in groups unlike the other more aggressive ones. For a 4 footer reef setup with ample rockscape, I would recommend groups of 6 to 10 if you are considering gettin a harem. I would recommend adding multiple juveniles prior to them becoming sexually mature since they are protogynous hermaphrodites (dominant specimens developing into males in pairs/groups). if everything goes well, you will soon have them spawning in reefs. Not really difficult getting them to spawn, whereas raising their larve is another issue.

Do PM me if you are considering flooding your reef with these beauties.. :friends:
