Over the weekend, a local Washington, D.C. news reporter aired his report about "sea foam" blanketing the Ocean City (Maryland) shoreline ... while being completely covered in the brown foam!

At one point, he says: "It's in my face as well.  As you can imagine, it doesn't taste great."  There's a good reason for that, Mr. Reporter.
