Where to Repair T5HO Light Set

Hi,

Got a 4x39w T5HO light set with only 2 tubes working.

Try change the 2 tubes but still can't light them up.

NA Mr Chan not in shop today so can't fix it there.

Call any Bro or Sis recommand the place or person to repair it.

Urgently need to settle it by today.
