I think u mean fresh water bath. Do a search here and you should be able to find more info on it.

Never do 100% pure fresh water bath...........Did it once and regret it.......my PBT died in 3 seconds...........

Hyposalinity is still the best.......currently performing 1 for my PBT and doing well.........

Oso trying Aquamedi Quit Ick (blue solution).......seems to do well oso.......reduce and then maintain the number of spots......as in old spots disappear but new spots appear.......but it oso seems to have some side effects on my brain coral but other coraks and sps are okie........

Doctor fish helps a little but dun tink it purely attack the ich.......

I tried protomarin coral from aquarium munster... Had ich and suspected brookly and couldnt keep clowns at all. Worked well and blue tang became free from ich. No bad effects seen on the corals

AM has them at less than $20.. but just a note of caution that although it may be reef safe, it might cause problems too... So just be prepared and no two tanks are similar, so what works for me may/ may not work for u... just a heads up. long term would be to pump up fishes resistance, keep them healthy and maybe some garlic guard...
