  4. i used to have these in my tank as well. it was encroaching on the corals so i decided to get a sea hare to settle it.. the sea hare did such a good job till it starved itself because no more algae to feed. i suddenly cant remember the name the algae
  5. i dont train my tangs also but whenever i feed using a clip it takes one nip to launch the whole tank into a feeding frenzy and i do alternate between feeding pellets, frozen foods (mysis, brine) and seaweed i have a mixture of clowns, chromis, coral beauty and 3 tangs (blue, yellow and sailfin)

  7. hey bros, i have the exact same issue.. the exact same chiller and the exact same plug.. yes, i realized it was because it was not grounded.. i changed to so many adapters and configuration to find the best adapters with grounding.. but it didnt work however, i got myself a grounding probe and ive never felt the electric shock.. however, there are days i remove the grounding probe to "test water" .. the problem seemed to have disappear.. so im not sure what happened, lol or maybe there is still current in the tank but i cant measure it without a kit.. just that i dont get electric shocks anymore
  8. Not too sure.. ive vey read that live rocks are the only media i need.. do do I still need wool, ceramic rings or even coarser grade of coral sand to act as media?
