Thks for the advise but I can't even locate the crabs and my livestock is missing!

I suspect that there may be crab in my tank as I hv 2 missing goby and damsel. Is there any effective ways of catching/ killing the crab without the need to take out the LR? Pls HELP......

Dun use Aqua medic salt as I experience the same low Mg issue which cost me a bomb 2 raise the Mg. Try Espom salt which is cheaper but need to chg water regularly as it increase yr sulphate too! Maybe u can try to source for Magnesium Cholride which I suppose is cheaper compare to Mg additives and is capable of raising Mg safely!

I'm using a single BLV400W(14K) and I notice during the initial fire, it's a bit yellowish and after a while, it turn to white. But not sure it's due to individual eyes or wht as I still feels that it's slightly yellowish rather then bluish!

Actually, I'm thinking of 2 ways, one is to place inside the sump but using the egg crats with PVC pipe to act as the base to raise the height! Me abit fussy as I dun really like to place the skimmer into the sump as I find it difficult to maintain! The other way is to place abt 1 metre above my sump cos my tank is spilt into 2 deck!
