I think it depend on the max flow rate recommended for yr FR. For me, it's 600l/h for 1 FR, so I get a 1200l/h to tee-off to the 2 FR which hv a regulator to control the flow rate into the FR!

Paiseh, I mean the phos remover and carbon media is from Aqua Medic. I'm using TLF Phosban!

I'm using a single pump to tee-off to 2 FR!

The Phos remover I'm using recommend to chg every 3 mths and the carbon every 6 mths! I'm using aqua medic!

Went to Hong Seng today, they dun hv the unoin ball valve with an ID of 50mm!

Tunze will be a gd long term investment especailly with the controller that enable u ti regulate the speed of the current to simulate the actual environment. There's a thread that show Seio with multicontroller. Maybe that will be a cheaper alternative! SGREEFCLUB

Initially, my Mg is below 1100ppm. I have been dosing Mg for close to 3 mths and finally, it stays within 1250ppm which I still not satisfy. Bobian, I bought 2 bucket of Aqua Medic Reef salt and need to finish it 1st before switching to Marine Environment!

The problem is I can't even locate the crab, so pretty difficult to know where to put the trap!

Since day one, my Ca and Kh is fine but the only issue is Mg! Had been dosing lots of Mg additives in order to maintain my Mg level! For my case, I doubt the Mg is affected by the Ca & Kh!

Will it attack the shrimp? Where can I get it?

Possible too! Is there any fish that will feed or kill crab?
