I got a new Resun C0500 and hv set the temp to 26 deg. I notice that my tank temp stays at 30 deg for 3-4hrs without any temp drop though I hv set my chiller to 26 deg. Is my new chiller malfunctioning???

I'm having a hard time as I'm not sure which is the best work. But my main concern is to hv lesser pump as it will mean lesser cost and heat generated! 2 X OR6500 return pump Resun C0500 chiller D32 & D25 pipe (DIN) - FIP & GF As the recommended flow for my chiller is 2000l/h, will there be any problem using my return pump to connected to the chiller inlet? The return pipe is connected directly thru the overflow box and it's not possible to drill another hole under the overflow box. Hope that smone can help/ guide me on this!

Need smone with experience in piping works to alter my return to my chiller. As my current tank temp is ard 33 deg, really need to get my chiller up ASAP!!! Return pump from sump (OR6500) --> Chiller Inlet (C0500) --> Chiller Outlet --> Directly to return pipe into tank. The chiller inlet/ outlet is 32mm and I think my return is using 25mm pipe. As I don't know what to use for the alteration such as elbow, union, etc.... , need smone with experience to get the stuffs.

If the current Mg u r dosing is liquid, I find that it's a waste of $! I tried tat b4 and spend lot of $ og Mg dose! You can try TM Mg (poweder form) which I find pretty effective. U can oso add into your top-up tank so that it will dose Mg continously into your tank which is wht I'm doing curently. U can oso get a CR and add in Mg Pro into the reactor which a couple of reefer is doing to maintain the Mg level! Your tank is very inspiring as u hv high quality equip and LS. IMPRESSIVE!!!

Does your skimmer come with the square box/ holder for difusing your micro bubbles? My skimmer hv this problem too! So I add a basket with sponge to reduce/ trap those micro bubbles! I think u can add in bio-ball which will help to dissolve those bubbles too!

Is the mv probe holder on the NR1000 compatible with any brands or need sm modification?

Base on your signature, I notice that your tank Mg level is pretty low! U manage wanna increase it to at least 1350ppm and above! So have you decided to go for Artica or Aqua Medic chiller?

The following will only work if u hv modified yr skimmer outlet instead of using the telescopic pipe! Get a perforated square/ rectangular basket and place it at the outlet of the skimmer. Add in sponge similar to the one that come with the skimmer into the basket. That shd be able to trap most of the bubbles. U can oso DIY a holder and add in bioballs which will oso help to dissolve the fine buubles.

Wht's the size of your TV? I think nowsaday, not worth to repair cos TV is selling so cheap. U can easily get a 21" TV below $200!
