markie... first of all welcome to SRC..... pods... well.... you know those small little things with the circle in the middle... i think they call it a click wheel or something like that... althou come in few colours... but got a variety of them... ipod, ipod U2, ipod shuffle, ipod nano.... you can find them in apple shops... wad?? PODS? OHHH!!!! PODS!!!! not iPOD ah??? that is different..... you can do a search on that in the forum... with the search button on top... be patient abit.... read thru ALL of them... its takes time.... but paitence is the key to everything in reefing.... refugium is something that has alot of sand, rocks and maybe plants where there is no predator to kill the pods... so that they can breed and mutiply like no bodies business.... not necessary that your goby eat only pods... u can try weaning it to frozen foods! maybe start off with live brine shrimp, BBS or maybe mysis shrimp.... alternatively u can try, which everyone almost swears by, ML's Henry Frozen Seafood Mix Sensation! so good, you almost want to eat it yourself~ can check out the sponser's forum on Marine Life Hobbiest. reef on!!!

you very funny leh..... why would you want similar inputs???? ask for different opinions ma........ purpose of changing the water is to remove the bulk of no3 that is still left in the tank and top up what ever minerals taken away by I-also-don't-know-what-since-there-is-nothing-in-the-tank... IMHO... i think the proper way of cycling is to wait untill no3 is zero.... no need to change water that way theortically since there is no harmful "chemicals" left.. but im sure in most cases still got those pesky mantis/pistol shrimp left....

correction: bubbling does not float in marine..... just causes unnecessary salt spray... some corals also die from too much bubbling... juz run a power head with decent current/power should be sufficient.

alot of autosol to get rid of the rust.... which i assume... as it is usually the crap of old bikes.... otherwise... i just like to pop my bike at your friendly bike shop and let them give u the professional and safer advice.... but be sure it is one you trust... not one who chops yr carrot head.....
