  1. hi bro scubajazz, congrats haha.. my dad's cleaner shrimps also always spawn, den become free food.. haha.. i think i'm gonna try letting them spawn in the refugium, mini project, who knows, next time baby cleaner shrimps for sale! its a yellow watchman goby.. very nice specimen u got ther, bright blue dots, and nice dragonet..
  2. hi bro fishtalk! very nice wrasse!! gotton a same wrasse some time back, but put inside only, kenna chased around by my yellow wrasse.. next day saw it on the floor.. ur wrasse looks very stunning and happy in the tank. clownfishes are my fav fish too.. dunno why, like they got emotions like that..
  3. i think sand dollars are good.. it works for me..

  5. 1. 2 polyps of orange yuma, packaged with the zoa7. $20.
  6. zoa1 reserved! thanks all for the support!
  7. some before and after pics for the lucky buyer of this zoa of mine.. first pic taken in Jan, second pic taken in Mar.. 2 whole months.. hopefully can grow even faster in your tank..
  8. still available.. no sand inside liao, all clean and free of dirt.. $100, negotiable..
  9. tank collected, thanks all who showed interest.. if still interested, still got a 4ft tank with cabinet, same price 100, in my separate post..
  10. live rocks are good.. er, most ppl connect their tank to a separate tank, we call that sump tank.. that tank holds extra water, and whatever filtration u have, like using live rocks in the sump tank, or using sand bed, or using chaetos.. or putting biohomes, or even placing ur skimmer inside.. those freshwater filter: those with sponge inside, not very useful in marine setups..
  11. hi jonny, good thing is, u bought seawater, its easier to start off, which explains why ur livestocks are still surviving.. you've got live rocks, which is a must actually.. bad thing is, you've treated this like a freshwater setup.. marine is different. very different.. needs sump tank, good enough skimmer, biofiltration which removes excess nutrients.. stuff like that.. if im not wrong it'll soon crash, as the ammonia level will soon start to spike up.. need to purchase some kits to test for ammonia nitrite and nitrate.. and gotta have patience, let the water cycle in the tank for at least 1 month before adding livestocks.. that's my view.. cheers bro..
  12. thanks ppl for the support, zoas 2, 4, 5, and 6 reserved till friday night. interested party for the rest of available zoas, pls quote me, and we can work things out.. no worries.. cheers..
  13. hi jonny, yes definitely, what is important is lighting, skimming, and bio filtration.. you need to upgrade lighting to maybe 4x T5, skimmer depending on ur tank, skimmer prices ranges from $10 to $1000 for 2nd hand.. of course, value for money.. and read up here regarding sump tanks, LRs, refugium etc.. good luck bro..
  14. can't resist taking more pics of sunflowers.. simply my favourite.. got grow a couple more polyps?? or maybe is my hallucination haha..
  15. wao sis, the first pic is really wicked.. look like lollipop! impressive! bro scubajazz, totally agree~! all those prata pictures, see until gian gian, wanna get my hands on mini prata for my new tank!
  16. hm.. 15V? or 15W, anyway its still not enough for an anemone.. for 2ft tank, ppl normally use T5 high outputs (HO) which is 24W per tube.. and ppl normally use at least 4tubes.. take some time, do some reading up, and invest.. slowly..
  17. sorry ppl, forgot to put dimensions.. length : 2ft breath : 1.5ft height : 2ft glass : 8mm
  18. hi all, bought this from a good reefer bro, but didn't use at all, because change of plans.. it has internal overflow that links to a sump at the bottom. comes with wooden stand and a 2ft sump tank with compartments, as seen in the pic.
