  11. among the 3 u mentioned, Reef Octopus is the best... it is okay to use for ur 3 feet tank.. dun stock too heavily though.. i would recommend beckette skimmer, price for 2nd hand, around 200.. it is powerful and more than enough for ur 3feet.. it is better to overskimm than to underskimm in my opinion..
