  1. bro Thexder, are u the one i talked to while choosing zoas? wearing white tshirt is it? i also saw bro peacemaker there at iwarna haha.. btw, iwarna left mostly eagle eyes, some green variations.. NO MORE barlettes nor small YTs.. ah beng there have some mshroom frags, some nice indo zoas, and lots of sexy shrimps, with some jellyfish, cute..

  7. bro amby i've been drooling over that site ever since i started collecting zoas last time haha.. really a damn good site with IDs.. bro ur purple death look like palys ar? will grab food actively one?
  8. bro trevor, pardon me but i thought harlequins only feed on starfishes? hey bro winger, upz for u, his stuff is always value for money..
  9. if not fed, the flesh will recede until it dies lor.. showing only skeleton lor.. dun worry man, suns are very hardy, if u feed it often, it will grow back and be fleshy in no time.. it is normal for suns to open only at night.. maybe for a start, u feed them at night lor.. even better, no fishes to kajiao.. whenever i feed my fishes, the suns will all bloom big big, even in the day.. u can try frozen cyclopeeze.. one squirt, all will open.. the smell drives them crazy..
  10. if i'm not wrong.. sun corals can't bleach, because they dun host zooxanthella (symbiotic algae), as such they are not photosynthetic (does not require lights).. they only require good flow, and regular feeding with meaty food for EACH head.. (correct me if i'm wrong) the grey part u are referring to, i believe is part of the sun coral flesh that is receding.. that is, its showing the skeleton/rock.. if it is just abit, up ur feeding with the suns and it should recover in no time.. as a guide, i feed my suns once every 2 days (if possible) with squirts of blend mix of seafood, henry's gourmet will do.. hope that helps, a pic would be good though..
  11. bro amby, lucky i got 2 polyps of bam bam.. now taking more care of it, hopin it will grow out fast.. for me, i can't get my eyes off the yellow eagle eyes.. haha..
  12. bro nuclear_fibre's picture really shows a very good comparison of the Yellow Eagles Vs Sunflowers.. very pretty sia.. good specimen u have there bro jQuad..

  16. i wouldn't worry bro.. my dad's one didn't touch anything in the first few days.. but over 1 week, suddenly the aipstasia population declined rapidly.. give them some time..
  17. usually u dun need so MANY peppermints to take care of it.. my dad bought only 1 for his 4ft tank, and took care of all aipstasia (around 20), in about a week.. how long have they been in the tank? u need to give them some time to see visible results..
  18. anybody else interested? i hope to let it go before CNY so the reefer can have something to add to the tank, ready for new year..
  19. i hope to expect around 2 blue notes as it is the price i got it for..
  20. usually you can find them at LCK when there's shipment.. Iwarna sometimes have as well, but recently seldom see it..
