  2. beautiful tank lemon! love that mitratus, even though im a fish-noob.. did somebody say "peninsula of BTA"???? its my new project.. hopefully will be successful and i can contribute some photos..
  3. to each his own.. diff ppl got different scaping styles, marcovan's idea is also brilliant!
  4. thank u bro, loving your tank scape too.. wa when coming back? come back soon leh..
  5. looking good.. good length and height.. but like Ketchup said, can utilize more of the on-top space for more light-loving SPSes..

  8. i love the spacious scape.. ur anthias look happy with all the swimming space..
  9. lol! but seeing the pics again, the 2nd green one, does look abit like the one i just bought! i believe very soon, true lemondrop will drop on our shores! sidenote, lemon.. still eagerly awaiting pics of ur OBTA (Orange bta)..
  10. running around in a tank full of SPS is.. too much of a time bomb... lol.. lucky the 2 of mine still being quite well behaved.. as of now.. what abt urs? post pics leh.. i have the urge to get 1 more small sized orangey one.. anymore left?? wa bro.. really long time no see.. still reefing??
  11. carpets are sand dwellers and have the tendency to float if they do not like it.. if they manage to get a hold of the base of the tank under the sand, they can traverse too.. frequent feeding, i think half a year should be enough.. hehe.. ur RBTA crawled OVER SAND!?!?! oh man.. thats pretty cool.. now i must be wary.. u r right ketchup, maxi minis are sand dwellers like other carpets.. so they will have tendency to swim through sand.. btas supposedly shouldnt touch the sand.. but after lemon's experiences, i must keep my eyes open more.. nothing's impossible in this hobby!
  12. captain america and Xmen!! i love marvel..
  13. wait for lemon's new lemon to split.. u are right bro, the bubble-tips have always been a mystery, but i personally believe strong lights will force them to hold their bubbles.. just a personal opinion..
  14. very unlikely.. the isolated island method is pretty useful, also practiced by some reefers as i've seen on RC..
  15. my method is to separate an island for them.. since they dun traverse over sand, they will be 'stuck' on that island..
  16. YES.. i really really really want that durian to split.. its too big.. actually.. i have an interesting idea.. why not convert that corner of my tank, into bubble-isle.. add more colours.. fruity rainbows all together.. hm..
  17. got 1 durian and 1 rambutan, i think enough of tropical fruits liao..
  18. thus i was looking for something "green" at Henry's place.. picked up a normal coloured BTA with purple tips..
  19. i was at Henry's place this afternoon, saw loads of amazing RBTAs.. but i already had 1 below from bro Norman, so i gave all the RBTAs a pass.. already got a molted RBTA from bro Norman:
  20. nothing escapes u ah bro.. hehe.. okie taken pics liao, will post it when i'm back from supper! ask lemon post his too!
