i had it facing the back of my tank already. still too powerful. i try take a photo tmr. worst come to worst, no choice sell it and get a k4.

I have a 322 tank, previously my flow was by a 1262 return pump and 2x k2 felt it was not sufficient, ytd went to bought a k5 to try out. now my tank is powered by just a k5 and 1262. My tank are all Lps only. i can visibly see the flesh of my coral such as acan and brain moving. also the polyps of zoa are moving slight is it harmful? will it affect them? wanted to get a k4 but saw the watt diff so i tot no harm getting bigger.kinna regret..

currently am going to diy a algae scrubber, read alot on santa monica setup and the advantage or it planning to reduce to no or minimum use of skimmer there some coral that stick to the liverock which was given to me by a fellow reefer. can someone help me id? this coral when light off they shrink to very very very small and also how do i tell whether a coral is doing well in the area?

am using haliea 300 and 2x korali k2 wavemaker is 2x k2 sufficient? so with my light level, coral like brain and elegance is able to do well at the base? my light is place very very near the water. btw what is plate coral? sorry for the many qns thanks Jerome

hi to all reefers, just recently gotten myself a 322 set my spec are bm jireh marine skimmer DElightings 6 tube 2x aquablue 2x actinic 1x blueplus 1x pro colour 1262 return pump connected to chiller and back to tank 2x k2 like to know for my setup, is it suitable to keep all sort of LPS and soft coral? about coral placement, how should i place it?top,center,bottom is there any type coral that i can place at the bottom of my tank? i read about coral requirement and it was written very briefly such as moderate/high/low light or flow rate. how to determine this factor in my tank for the light/moderate/low light and flow rate? i not sure for my tank the lighting is sufficient enough. some help plz thanks Jerome

hi guys, need some help i have a new 322 tank coming in and for the lighting i be buying a DE 3ft 6 tubes Retrofit, as the packages includes ATI tube,what colour combi should i go for ? Blue plus, Aquablue special, pro color & actinic 2x actinic 2x aquablue 1x pro colour 1x blueplus need some advice and also how should set my photoperiod? do i on all 6 tube for 8hours? or a mixtures? thanks Jerome

I be using deltec apf600 with a aquabee1000 for the pump to maintain constant feed so is my design and equipment choice ok? equipment list lighting : DE 3ft 4 tubes Retrofit Hailea HC 300A with aquabee 2000 eheim 1262 for return pump apf600 with aquabee1000

hi sorry for the late reply. currently i serving NS now just book out reach home minutes ago tank maker will be N30 as i already awaiting a 4ft tank from them.ordering another 3ft for this reef setup will be taking advice from u guys using 1262 for return pump and using deltec APF600 will be contacting the tank maker tmr or sat like to ask whether my sump design is advisable as i following melevsreef and i read other forum that this design was quite a popular one. link taken from melevsreef design the same but scale down to intake section(skimmer) :30cm baffles :10cm return pump area : 15cm refugium : 20cm refugium will almost 10% of tank water and water from tank, 20% to refugium and other 80% to skimmer section total sump is 2.5ft
