Clear up the right side, your fishes will have more space. Remember fishes will swim in open areas. That y your fishes only swim infront n left side but not right side.

To control 2 degree diff, u need a external thermostat to override the one on the chiller. U can try use 4000l/hr pump and see if it improve.

I try my best to ans some of your question. U are free to buy your own equipments. Some tank maker will provide scaping for u but u have to purchase live rocks from them. If u purchase your own rocks, they may charge u labour for scaping. Dont have to think of crystal glass, 5 3 2 with normal glass already burst your budget of 3k.

U can use po4 remover along with denitrator(not biopellet). Tested and proven when i had reef tank feeding 10 cubes of mysis daily with 0 no3.

Tangs need lots of algae in their diet. Try feeding TDO or new ERA algae pellet. If possible feed with nori daily. If u feed with the above, confirm your yellow tang over weight.

To be fair to Fish Channel, they always post in their thread if they are closed for the day. In case if u did not see it, then not very fair to blame them for closing.

If they are not mated pair, they will fight. That y mated pair usually command a higher price.

Good quality water will cure it. My queen angel took about a mth to recover from it. Not a major issue.

u can add copper to display tank if u intend to go fowlr. copper will kill every single thing in your tank except for fishes. ich is still in your tank, no matter what fish u add, they will still get ich n die. for reef tank, simple method, do water change often, dose bacteria, wait till ich is "gone" then add in new fish. One at a time. hardworking method, catch out every single fish, even fishes that are not affected by ich, leave the display tank fishless for at least 2 months. meantime set up a Q tank and treat your current fishes with hypo or copper.
