there is no fix rule on flowrate....diff tank diff scaping need diff flowrate....best is get those controllable kind. u can increase or decrease the flowrate...

so now u into wrasse already?? nice fishes but u need to be careful, they love to jump...my wrasses r always jumping into my overflow box....lost a couple of them due to that

IMO if u r going for artica, 1/4 is more than enuff for 4 2 2. for return pump, i will say go for 2 returns, 1 back to main tank, the other feed thur chiller n back to main tank.

if they eat brine shrimp, chances of them eating mysis is pretty high....try mixing ur food together. example, mysis, brine, pellets.....feed them together....

4got who i hear from, in order for the male wrasse to maintain their bright colours, it is best to add a female one. this way the male will keep flashing to the female, n the colours will remain....else if only the male is presented, the colour will slowly fade....

i m keepin 5 tangs in my 3ft tank......no fighting except for brown n yellow tang....lol....

maybe i misunderstood ur meaning of better resale value....for me better resale means when selling u dun lose much or maybe abit more than half the price of a new set depending on age n condition....but this is not true....we seem 701 n 851 going for like 500 600? which is less than half price...... glad u dun think that way....anyway this is juz a rebate abt how we feel abt the diff wavemaker. no hard feeling bro
