i did not say deltec cant sell off when u wan to sell, rather u guys say that deltec have better resale but now u admit that deltec sell at low price too....so i juz trying to say, dun mean u buy a deltec, u can expect to sell at a gd price too.... as for tunze, let juz say i m very happy with my vortech n hydor wavemaker....no intention of switching to that....... oh ya i actually forgot abt something, n i guess some of u forgotten abt it too.....how come everyone is shooting at hydor? have we forgotten vortech used to have the rusting prob? have we forgotten that the tunze wavebox having some prob too??? or izzit becos the LFS service is better so u guys tend to forget the prob faster? lol ps, i dun have any issue with the shop u guys support...i also go there buy some stuff also....like i said, i do not stick to a single LFS.....but i certainly hope that u guys can give a fairer judgement....let's juz say, if RD is the one carrying hydor, will these statements be the same?

i very poor reefer so cant afford all the high end stuffs..... can onli use cheaper brand for now but at least they still working after 1 yr + in operation

anyway not only me, my fren also restarted his tank with all dead except for 1 live rock...he also did not face any hair algea prob....somemore he use tap water salt mix.....lol did u run PO4 remover when cycling the tank? for me, the only prob i had was rocks from my other fren who decom....live rocks, but full of hair algea...but my brown tang finish all in 1 wk.....

i have a brown tang which finish my hair algea in 1 wk.....but then again fishes also need some luck lah....juz like some AT die die only wan to eat nori n bamboo, while other first day eat pellets liao.....same like human mah. c they choosy bo...lol

what i notice is hydor n vortech have wider spread whereas tunze is more direct flow.....personally i prefer vortech n hydor. actually for resale value, tot hydor n tunze is abt the same?

both my k3 n k4 do not have this issue....juz to check, is ur k4 using the metal shaft?

it happen to a few of my prata n bubble...last yr i gt a red prata but after 3 wks in my tank, the colour change to super red.....n once i gt a bubble like lemon's one...but after 2 mths, it become totally solid green....my guess is when they havest the coral, then collect then ship, the corals subject to some stress hence losing some colours.....i maybe wrong.....but i believe some reefer also come b4 corals of corals turning brighter n better after awhile..

is realli a shame that ur tank look like dat with the amount of money spent.......

sometimes when corals ship out, they get stressed n lose some of their colours. i ever see a few of my corals gaining xtra colours after settling down....

IMO 1262 is too small for a 4ft......1262 is ard 3600L/hr. headloss n stuff? let's bring it to 3000l/hr, 4ft is easily 450L n above......u get less than 10 times turnover rate....so not so ideal afterall
