it depends on how big ur pbrt is. if it is bigger than your clown tang, it will whack till the crown mati. i added a hybrid pbt in my main tang, after 2 weeks add in my 1 yr old pbt. at first was fine. after 1 mth, hell broke loose, and the pbt whack the hybrid. somemore the hybrid is not newly bought. i keep the hybrid in another tang for 3 mths then add into the main tang. after awhile, hybrid become stress and refuse to eat. grow thinner and die off

it hard to teach the elder cos they will have the thinking that they know more than the younger ones.....although it's cheap but still it is a life. maybe u should ask ur dad to buy a gem tang n see if he will treat it like how he treated the clown fish

yes, if u r going into corals, T5 is good to have. but still it depends on what kind of corals u planning to keep

powder black is okie with black tang n scopas. but u gt to pick a slightly bigger one else ur black n scopas will bully it. but with a black tang in ur tank, i wun wan to risk throwing a powder tang in, reason is powder tangs get ick easily. i see no reason of risking a black tang with a less than $20 fish. unless u r able to QT ur powder tang

in case u dunno this, whitecheek tang = powder black.....it is the same fish....lol in case u dunno how fierce a powder blue can be, u seen my black tang, he is so much bigger than my pbt, but my pbt will fight the black tang. n if u never see a pbt whack a fish, my advise is, dun try. when pbt whack a fish, it make sure the fish is dead b4 it will give up.

i recalled u gt a powder blue from terry? my advise is dun get the powder black cos ur pbt will kill it.....

a healthy fish is a nice fish. no pt getting a very nice piece end up dying few days later cos of some stupid wrasse sickness

i not using dosing pump as i keeping mostly fish with little corals. too many fishes liao....

change to dosing pump? but need to make the mixture everytime.

with ur list of fishes, ur load will be quite high for a sps tank.....either u must be very hardworking for water change very often, or u gt to invest in zeo's product. this is the part i failed in sps. too high loading of my fishes....lol even with super size skimmer, denitrator, changing my po4 media every mth, still cant keep....lol

soon u will need another tank for sps only. this is end up a fish only tank..... lol

my alpha male lineatus gt the same sickness.....i ended his suffering by putting it in the freezer. sorry to say at this pt of time, it quite impossible to cure it.
