PBT is not a easy fish, and if I am not wrong, u used salt mix to cycle the tank. From my exp, salt mix cycled tank need a long time to stable down. my 1st tank and 3rd was nsw, never cycle, none of my fishes died inside due to tank crash, 2nd and 4th tank using salt mix, even after 1 mth of cycling, newly brought fishes were easily stressed up. I lost alot of fishes in the past because of no QT to cure fishes. If possible, set up a QT tank. I notice fishes tend to be more relax when they are alone in the tank. Powder series tang are almost 100% on getting white spots. It doesnt matter if u add in the pbt first or last, at least that few hrs or 1 day dont make any diff. that happen to all my powder series except for a hybrid pbt. I left it alone in a 4ft tank without chiller and lights for 2 mths. no whitespot breakout.

what kind of info do u need? Are your parents fully funding your hobby or u be using your pocket money for the tank and stuff? reason i ask is becos running a reef tank can be quite ex.

Sohal still ok, AT confirm need QT tank. most likely need copper treatment. Fish channel might have AT coming in soon.

Why not invest in a FR? Rowa will actually work better in a FR. just my 2 cents

just to share, this female was with me for about 3 weeks. recently spot it eating pellet.

IMO AT is one of the hardest to keep fish and u can manage that, Emperor is a fairy easy fish compared to AT, cant see why u have a problem. lol. For fishes, best to get those that are already feeding at LFS.

depends on what u are keeping. 1 set is enough to cover 2ft by 2ft. for 3ft tank, 2 sets will be too much and 1 set is too little. tough call....

either 1 is good enough but if want to treat for ich, hypo need at least 4 weeks and copper need 3 weeks. still alot of space in your tank, unlike mine traffic jam. lol

Hi peong, are u able to spare a frag or 2? so far in my tank, i have radioactive and bicolour birdnest. 1 green monti, 1 chillpepper monti.i only need a small pc as my sps tank is nano size.

do water change, salt with di water. run FR with rowa or media to reduce po4. control feeding.
