Hi Ghost, I went through same headache as you, so here are the dimensions : 2013 : Height - 24" (with cup), 20" (without cup) Pls allow 1" clearance from cabinet for lifting of cup to empty kopi-oh. Base : 4"x 6.5" 2014 : Height - 27" (with cup) - 22.5" (without cup) Pls allow 1" clearance from cabinet for lifting of cup to empty kopi-oh. Base : 4" x 6.5" Marco Skimmer is shorter both for the Model 200 (1000Ltrs w height 21" w cup) and Model 300 (800Ltrs - height 20" w cup). Dun forget to take into consideration how you are going to put in/lift out the skimmer from the sump as you may have to tilt it to get it out. So sump clearance from cabinet must also be noted. Hi Oceandeep, I had asked the same question 2 days back re the black growth in DSB. Tanzy responded and I qoute below : "That's the anaerobic region of the sand bed. The black stuff is hydrogen sulphide. Just don't stir the sand and release that stuff. " Hope the above helps.

Hi ervine/weileong : One questions since both using top-up devices. Can I know the height of water change before the level switch turns on/off ? In other words, how far does the water need to drop before the switch activate the pump and once pump on, how far up the water level will be before the pump cuts off ?

Aware of it. Only want to do 2 sides and top to shield rain-facing corner and enough to shield chiller. The other 2 sides facing sheltered walkway so no need to shield and will provide air circulation. thanks for advises.

Thanks for all responses/advises. Using as a shed for my chiller to protect it from rain only. Knew will crack over time from sun/rain, but protect chiller from rusting more important and cheaper to replace acrylic than chiller.
