I am running the Aqua UV 25W 24/7. Bought it in April 2020 to battle dinoflagellates but it didn't help, but I am sure it will help to manage ich in your tank. I have 4 tangs and they are ich free, I do not have a quarantine tank.

I placed the torches on frag plugs on frag rack during treatment.. easy to take out for dips. After 5th week, if consecutively 2 to 3 weeks no more flat worms seen during dip, you should be done.

dip for about 10 minutes... try to scrap off what looks like eggs.

I followed the recommendation to dip once a week for 8 weeks continuously and the problem went away. Dipping once won't work as the eggs will not be affected. You need to break the life cycle of the flat worms.
