I have tried putting Bio-sphere at different locations: 1) In a FR = turns red colour 2) Below filter sock = turn dark brown/black colour 3) Inside Deltec SC2060 skimmer = maintained mainly white colour I think putting in the skimmer has the best effect, it works like the bomb method, having the micro bubbles of the skimmer to react with the Bio-sphere media.

Be patience and get a Regal which is already feeding at the LFS, best if feeding pellets. If you buy one that's not feeding, high chance it won't make it.

Never seen Coralline algae grow at such exponential rate! Even if water parameter is good... Can take a picture and show? Previously I encountered one reefer who kept FOWLR, he told me his rocks are covered with Coralline algae, but when i went to see his tank it's actually red slime algae

I have kept 2 cleaner shrimps and a fire shrimp with large angels.. no problem.. until one day i added a small clown trigger which attacked the shrimps, and the angels joined in the feast! Subsequently I sold away the clown trigger and I tought it's safe to add cleaner shrimp again...but to my horror the large angels (Asfur, Grey and Bluelip) attacked the shrimp! The clown trigger actually trained the other large angels to eat live shrimp

You might want to remove the black sponge at the top of the FR because soon the bacteria will colonized in the sponge and choke the FR

I only had success with Flame Angels on my fifth attempt.. 4th Flame was bought from a fellow reefer which he had kept for 2 years.. still didn't make it I guess it's a matter of luck... The 5th Flame is from LCK201 and it was already feeding at the LFS. Cyclopeeze you can get from most of the LFS.. Iwarna, Ah Beng, Marinelife, Sealife, Petmart etc.. Good luck bro!

I am using SC2060 for my 4x2x2.5ft FOWLR, i think SC1455 is abit undersized(though rated 800L) if you are mainly keeping fishes especially Tangs and large Angels cause they really shit alot

Polyp Lab Medic is probably effective for early stage minor ich outbreak where you see only a few white spots on the fishes.. it can only kill free swimming parasites so i guess it can only help to prevent the ich parasites from multiplying after they dropped off from the fishes' body. It didn't work for me when my AT had a serious ich problem ... i used tripple dosage of 10 scopes 2 times a day for my 150gal tank but the AT still did not make it...

I see that you are using bare copper wires to tie... have to watch out for corrosion... never under estimate the power of salt water!
