Nope...i guess plate don't grow from sand bed, for sure mine don't ... It's grow on LR, once they reach a maturity stage, it detech itself and drop on the sand bed. I have attach a pic of my 2nd growing plate on the same spot of the LR that produce my 1st plate coral.

My plate coral, its free!! ... Came with a LR and it took 1.5yrs to grow from a pencil dot into a now, 8cm diameter plate ...

Opss...not forgetting my powder blue tang ....

williammuk, becoz that bi-colour is her pets fish she got 2yrs ago. I hate that fish becoz that damm fish is eating those acro tissue more than it eat aglea. I need to kill it since I can't remove it without the aid of a fish trap.
