Can't stand the tank being empty with LR only, hence went shopping today. Bought 2 clam, 1 hammer and 4 Nemo (Kids request for it. Guess what they are asking next. Where is Dolly...) Not forgetting a stag on plug. Testing my luck keeping SPS without chiller.

That's right, it's a SM201. Bought it before I come to know of new model with DC pump.

Added too much water at a start, sump water level still very high, waiting for water to evaporate and bring the salinity to 1.025.

My sump is very empty, hopefully can keep it this way in the long run. Maybe add a dosing pump if got spare cash and time to play around. Right side Left side

LR bought from Iwarna, happen to have a few piece with good coraline growth on it. The light is not that blue at all, but my simple aim-and-snap iPhone cam somehow can't pick up the white spectrum.

Please don't try to find a solution for me, I don't want to get tempted and go into complicated setup again. Keeping this simple.. enjoy and relax

Hidden bristle worm coming out to kill the fishes..... My tank setup and position don't allow for a chiller placement, hence really no SPS this time. Unless there is warm water SPS in the market

Can someone tell me how to capture the "true" colour using iPhone cam. Is there any option to adjust or iPhone cam is for idiot like me to "aim-and-snap" function only?

Tank is from CR Aquarium. Using 2x AI Vega for lighting. Skimmer is a skimz sm201 in sump model.

Finally start a new tank after my previous tank give way 5yrs back. It's going to be simple budget cube tank measuring 3x3x2. Things has change a lot from the past, still reading up and learning those new gadget and filtration system. But for now, i'm starting with basic with no chiller, no SPS for this setup. It's a 3(L) x 3(W) x 2(H) tank. Less than 1/2 the size my previous tank.
