I don't know about their CA reactor, but their skimmer line has pretty much good reviews. I just learn that there is a supplier in Singapore for Schuran product recently, not sure who. Anyone knows?

How about AB solenoid valve? Are they good and cool to the touch? Any idea how much this will cost? Mmmm....all the above ended with ??? mark, this sentence will end with a full-stop...h.ah.a.h...

I read abt this device in RC too. Waiting for them to release a bigger capacity version. Sounds like a cheap wave device.

Not a bad idea to go with no fish no coral. You can start keeping pods or brine shrimp in your tank. Or maybe a Marine Planted Tank ..

Well...my PL is by Coralife, it also printed Actinic there, it cost $50 for a 36watt tube. You can solve your confusion by getting a brand new Coralife PL tube and compare its flourescence ability of the coral with a FL Actinic. The FL actinic i using now also by Coralife will built-in internal reflector. It a 2ft, 20watt tube. I guess those overseas talk about True Actinic PL is not available in Spore.

AT Confirm wan...in fact me running both Coralife PL and FL actinic blue in my tank now. It's my 2nd tube of Coralife PL I'm using now. When the PL is turn on only, the coral don't show much flourescence (know i know how to spell), but if FL actinic is turn on, the coral show intense flourescence.

I know....i waiting to replace together when I got my new tank....now just drag on for a while...kee..kee..

I think it's a known fact the PL actinic is not a true Actinic light as compared to FL actinic. Many reef forum have already discussed this issue before. PL actinic will never give a decent or bright florensce effect in the coral. But there are true PL actinic in the market, according to some reefers in US, but they cost you an arm at least. I have Coralife actinic PL at home. The coral does not have the luminous effect no matter the PL tube is new or old. Whereas my FL actinic really brings out the luminous effect of the coral even thou the tube is almost 2 yrs old with black burnt marking at both end of the tube now. Do a search in most reef forum and you know the answer.....

Huh??..use cynanide?? Might as well put a heating coil into the tank and boil the water ... Save you the trouble to find this chemical..

I am thinking of getting a Pioneer HTZ1000DVD home theatre system. How is the quality of Pioneer product. Anyone own or test drive HTZ1000DVD before? Please don't recommend me those mix and match system. Becoz first of all, I'm a poor churchmouse. Secondly, my ear drum membrance is not made of top grade quality. Thirdly, its the combination of 1st and 2nd point, I'm a poor churchmouse with poor ear drum function ... Need some comments... Thanks...

Hi Phang Forgot all about it, promise to give the different set point. Below is for you. B setting is for the newer series. P setting is for the older series. P1 - Normal display and operation P2 - Hysteresis P3 - Lower Limit P4 - Upper Limit P5 - Thermostat Action (always set to 0 for cooling) P6 - Unit of Measure ( 0 for degree celsius, 1 for degree Fahrenheit) P7 - Offset ( to regulate and compensate measurement error)

CS?? Onz lah...I play every weekend in the wee hours. dun pray pray ar, beware of my sniping..

Tanzy, my teco chiller can only set to the lowest 1.0 hysteresis. It does not have the decimal function. Even the displayed temp only show in whole number. Phang, I don't have the manual with me now, let you know tonite. It's either on the P5 or P6 settings, change 0 or 1 to toggle between celsius or farenheit measurement. But remeber once you change to farenheit, you have to change your Max and Min temp settings, or else you will get error. I made a mistake telling you turn on at 82 and off at 83..h.a.h.ah...so obvious error here, sound like heating water What I set is to maintain the temp at 82 farenheit, so the chiller will kick in at 83 farenheit and cool to 82 then shut off. So from 83 cool down to 82 is actually 0.55 degree celsius, which also a 0.55 hysteresis. FYI, 25 celsius = 77 farenheit 26 celsius = 78.8 farenheit 27 celsius = 80.6 farenheit 28 celsius = 82.4 farenheit 29 celsius = 84.2 farenheit

You can change the setting from Degree Celsius to Degree Fahrenheit on a Teco chiller. Since 1 Degree Celsius = 1.8 degree Fahrenheit, Therefore if set in degree Fahrenheit , your chiller will have hysteresis of roughly 0.5 degree celsius. Am I confusing you? I set my chiller to turn on at 82 Degree Fahrenheit and cut off at 83 Degree Fahrenheit.

hey dodo Check out the polyfilter instruction on the packing. I remember they did specify different colour stand for specific high concentration of toxic.

I got my true percula clown from Pac Marine. They seem to have constant supply of them. Maybe you should check out the place. Attach is a pic of my clown fish. Damm, the fish just can't stop moving. That's the best my old digi cam can capture.
