Anyone can recommend me a Tang that hate bi-colour to the core. Will go on killing spree once they sighted a bi-colour... I need this fish remove or disappear ASAP ..

Liverock and cookiemonter, One question on LED. Can their output be varies?? I need a moonbar that can either be vary from 0v to 10v or a moonbar that can be vary through phrase angel control... Currently I'm only using a tangsten bulb of 5w hook up to the phrase angel control to varies the frequency of the current and hence varies the output of the light. If LED can be done, that will be cool

Its actually a 13K bulb but they market it at 10k. I having problem with the 3rd shipment, they are many RTNed .... pulling my 1st and 2nd down the drain also...

I opt for the 2nd method. I always think that if your sand are wash and wet, you dump into the emtpy tank, after that then get water and salt or add salt water, the bottom part of the sand is still having fresh water. In order for the entire sandbed to become same salinity with the tank, might take a while and thus delay the cycling of the tank. Just my thought, no document proof hor....

Water filled to the rim, no refugium and filter. 5)Skimmer (Brand and Model) Tunze 3160 comline skimmer. 6)Calcium Reactor (Brand and Model) AquaMedic 1000, for tank up to 1000L only 7)PH levels 8.10 before light on and 8.29 just after light off. 8)Alk levels 10.3 dkh as of 3 Sept 2003 9)Calcium levels No test kits ..kee.kee... But can tell its low!!! 10)Chiller (HP and Brand) Hailea 1200CB (1.25 HP) 11)Total System (Water exchange/circulation rate per hour) Sump to tank return using iwaki mx70 = 5200l/hr 2 x tunze stream 6100 pulsing from 7200l/hr to 24000l/hr 4 x tunze turbelle 4002 pulsing from 7400l/hr to 14800l/hr So total circulation is from 19800l/hr up to max of 44000l/hr Picture of my tank can be view here. How should the kalk and vinegar be mixed? I discover different method get different kind of residue from the kalk powder. So which is the coorect step? kalk + vinegar + water or kalk + water + vinegar or water + vinegar + kalk

There should be some dimmable controller out on the market somewhere. I am using 2 x T5 dimmable ballast from osram hook up on my IKS. The dim function is obtain thru the iks module, SIMMOD, which control from 0V - 10V in 30mins. So I get sunrise and sunset effect when the light comes on and goes off.

My 2 ghost pipe fish have perished.... just in time before the "gate of hell" closes in 2 days time.... My BBS already swimming in my hatchery, but too bad they hatch a few hours late .....

I put them in a small newly setup 1.5ft tank now. I don't have BS hatchery running at the moment, desperately need to get BBS off the shelve. Anyone with BBS or spotted BBS in LFS, please let me know. WC is making some for me now, hope tomolo will be ready to buy... Hi Tanzy, Thanks for the photo upload and answers while I am away at ICT ... The photo turn out really nice, much better then my photo taking skill. And also thank for the tips on using my digi cam... Before I answer a few questions asked, my tank is only 6mths old, I been waiting for this tank since 2.5yrs ago.. kee.. kee.. until my neck long long liao. Razo, my total hardware cost including the tank is around 12k. berrylim, yap, I rig all the piping and equipement all by myself, of coz not forgetting my wife who help me bring tools while I am in the tank ... pospeh, I'm using 3 x 250w DE MH and 2 x 80w T5 (tanzy, I only using 2 x T5 not 4 ..kee..kee..)

LR fill the tank fast?? Your wallet must be really fat to do that now..... I been using Berlin method for a long while, but looking at the price of LR, I need to fall onto a newer technology!!!
