I dun like 'duckbill'. I rather let the maximum amount of water flowing out of it to turn over the water between tank and sump. The stream will do much of the job for internal circulation.

I agree that the 'duckbill' should be open up much more. At that kind of opening, barely can get 300l/hr flowing out. Narrower jet mean no coral should be near to it. Or else the coral tissue will kenna 'cut' by the water flow..
