Hi bro, Do i need to check the water perimeter. Presently,I have the live rock with FR and chiller (27d) only running in the set up.

i had 2 used DC fan at home . this was left during my time in planted tank. I might take it out to use if necessary. I had also change my skimmer to the new cone design skimmer. (AM)

Hi Fishtalk1517, it is a expensive hobby and at this timing to spent this amount, my CO might not like it. Thank you for your recommendation. I will take some study on it.

My set up so far mixed salt water running for about 2 weeks and Live rock just added yesterday without skimmer. Lighting not set or install. Runing on 27d temp for chiller 1/4. So far, without lighting on. bless me....not much of hot/warm air.

As you can see from the post #25 second picture, there is an openning on the lower side cabinet plus back panel 1.5 inch ventilation between the wall, just next to the chiller. VENTILATION It was my main concern on the whole set up. Anyway, there are the small open area next to the external over flow, big opennig on top of my hood and more space area on sump cabinet. With all this design in mind, i hope that it wont let the chiller to keep running. Please advise?

with my previous planted tank, i converted it to marine tank. Running with 2 cannister filter and a small red sea Prizm plus air rift. Most of the coral couldn't last long, fishes health was good. After a long thought, I decided that i should decom the orginal planted tank and up grade to "more pro" marine set up, get some better high end stuff and that most of brothers decom tank, i might get some good bargain and world oil price falling( hopefully SP elect charges will lower down in next year) Envy.........but you never know that i had learn, paid my tuition from my 1st tank experience................worry that i will fail... Cheers

This was the case that happen to me. From jul where i agree to let the person to take my tank with all term agreed 50% deposited, till this week..............until final is final. This person is so bad that promissed after promissed he didn't delivery. I cancel the agreement and lost some money. I am now looking for tank plus cabinet maker. care to share anyone reliable?
