Normally cloudy eyes are due to ich. Plus you mention white spots. So high chance is you have ich in your tank. Dose copper in your tank if there is no corals. However need to remove snail, shrimp, star fish etc. Good luck to you.

Hi Bro. Not advisable to leave your tank without water for a long period. Anyway ich is unavoidable when u add new fish without going thru tue QT process. It seems like you are keeping a fowlr tank then I would suggest u use copper as recommended by Bro Vtec. Because u will definitely face the same issue again after you restart the tank. Many new reefer gave up this hobby because of this issue. I think there is many thread about ich. Do more reading about ich and trust that will keep your hobby alive.
