Thanks..I found the causes..

Hey reefers out there, need some advice on my cycling. I have just set up my tank this afternoon. The tank started to clear in the evening. By night fall, it start to turn milky, is it the live rock is dying..? Seems to me is the milky thing is discharging from the live rock. Please advice. Thanks

Bro, wake up earlier in the morning before sunrise. Straight away "on" your aquarium lighting, at this moment, all the fishes are "blind" and their "blindness" was last approx 10 minutes and this is the best time to catch them. This method never failed me from catching fishes without disturbing my tank landscape. Give a try... Cheers!!

Yup, I must agree with LAW, getting the regal to eat is very tricky and depends alot on "luck". Previously it took me 4 weeks before the fellow starts to eat.. Just be alittle patient..

Nowadays there are so many time-sharing, MLM and Investment companies that promises excellent resort package,good health products and good investment returns, which our people are making them even richer!! Let me share my thoughts: Time Sharing Company - If they are so good, why big tour agency aren't buyin their packages and in turn rent it to their customers!!!! MLM - Selling vitamins, health products.. If they are so good,why aren't big pharmacies and hospitals selling their products!! Looks like doctors going to lose their job soon.. Investment Companies - If their returns is so good, why aren't banks investing in them.. and why aren't they approaching the bank.. Instead getting all those naive people to invest in them!!! Think about it....Just my thoughts...

Did you visit the "Gold fish" street? They have marine shops there, how nice if Singapore can have a street like that. Reefers going HK should pay a visit to this street.

Nobody will rub it in if you are a sincere buyer. Fellow reefers are commenting to prevent having another victim in your kind of dealing in sales. Btw, if it's too unaffordable for you to keep marine fishes, guess you should keep "long kang fish". No need expensive equipment to maintain.

For those who do not wish to share but wish to pass bad remarks, guess you have the choice to ignore the thread and not give lectures telling people what they should do before starting a thread... Bro, my tank is a FOWDeadRock setup. It does not have a single piece of LR in it and no corals or sps. The last time an ICH breakup, I added copper solution to the tank and it cured their dieases and after some many months, things has been ok. I did put a bag of carbon to absorb back the copper after the ICH was cleared. But you must ensure your tank is free from LR if you ever decide to add copper. The other method(for my type of tank) of removing ICH is to reduce the SG to 1.013 BUT you must slowly bring it back to around 1.02-1.023 once the ICH is clear. No doubt the fishes is very active at low SG but in a long run, their organs will fail as shared by some experience reefer on the net. I have tested some of the shops water condition where I bought fishes The SG is only around 1.017, that's one reason why fishes are so active in the shop becasue they can breathe better. Just my thought...

Hi Blenny.. Sorry to hear that.. For me, I am only keeping the angels with dead rocks as I do not have a chiller.. Previously I used to keep them with live rocks but tragedy always strike.. that's why I only use dead rock.
