My initial plan is : 1. get use sand(maybe LR too) from some1 and wash 2. pour all into the new tank. 3. fill up half of the tank with new salt water. 4. put a power head to cycle the tank for a month or 2. 5. start to transfer my LR, cycle another week 6. transfer the rest of the LS over. is this sound ok??

but what abot those LS??

I have a 3ft tank for 2 yrs++, now I need to upgrade to 4 ft. What should I do... Do I need to setup everything again....?? What abt sand.... Pls give me advise... thanks

just curious... if the power supply is a constant voltage source, then if I fix the supply to 3volt and connect without resistor. Wil the LED blow??

Bro Linch9sg, I dont think you can reuse your season sand... Cos it full of toxic.... So if a newbies buy all from you... the next day... he will call you up and say all DEAD..

yep... the rate should be 2++. The sump is sitting behind the Main tank.... where the overflow pipe flow to. My Lion fish dead within 7 hr.. Now oni put 2 clown fish and a cleaner shrimp... will add 2 more fish when I upgrade my 3ft to 4ft tank.... tank comin this weekend...

anyway have got a 3inch lion fish... for oni $8.. to try out.. wish me luck

What fish to add?? Thinking to have nemo, blue tang(1-1.5inch), cleaner shrimp, file fish..... Only want a fish only tank..... Any bro or sis can comments??
