hi,i got a problem here...my hammer corals isnt opening up as big as it could when i have it in my 2ft tank.now i transfer it to 5ft tank which the water condition is better than the 2ft tank. my water condition kh=13 no2= 0,0.5 pH=8.0 no3 not tested lights 3sets of 2tube 2ft pl light 39watts each...which i know its not strong enough( changing it this wkend) but im not sure if its the lights fault,in the 2ft tank im placing the hammer coral on the DSB which is 2ft deep,but now at the 5ft tank im placing the coral half ft away from the light only... can someone help? thx

can try wrasse? my 1st blue tang was abt 1inch big and it hide for 1wk! at that time its the 1st and only fish i have! haha.

some people will suggest getting bacteria liquid to speed up the process..but i dont recommand that and have not tried it

i think flame angel is 1 of the most reef safe angel,but still there is a certain danger,bicolour angel mine did not attack the corals,but died 3mths later. generally all angels arent reef safe.

hi,i will be getting a T5 for my 5ft tank. but i would like to ask,is it cheaper or better to get 3sets of 2ft t5 for my tank or is it more cheap to get 1set of 5ft? any1 have expereince or advise in this? i still dont know which brand to get as the brands introduced to me are far too expensive as yet.

AT is right man,i just upgraded my tank to 5x2x2ft and my expenses have gone up tremendously..not including my light yet,still have not upgrade it! and i think it will at least another half a k.

i got 1 fireclown and 2 true percula clowns mated pair,just added them yesterday so far so good
