Hi, happened to me before and no one seemed to know why. However, when during the air-con maintenance, the men found out that the wires were exposed. hence the problem resolved since then. suggest that you take a look around those 'hidden places'. hope it helps!

Anyone tried it before? Currently have the tank + cabinet, however, thought of adding an auto-top up which can safely rest on a stand beside tank, however, the tubes running exposed to the front/back of the tank is gonna be an eyesore. Hence, thought of sawing an 'opening' along the side of the cabinet, concerns: (1) compromise the integrity of the cabinet? (2) what equipment is needed? if using normal hacksaw, guess gonna be back-breaking. pls advise.

Hi, item was purchased online via marinedepot after seeing its ad on a magazine, overall, it is compact and fluidized well, in my opinion, but not very large tanks though, as it is hardly larger than an adult's palm size (top plan) its ability to fluidized well does make up for it though, and not to mention its ease of maintenance. hope it helps.
